The gastronomic proposal is based on traditional Asturian cuisine with a delicate Indian touch, integrating innovation and signature cuisine without losing authenticity. In their menu, emblematic dishes such as fabada, beans with clams, creamy rice dishes, Asturian tripe stew, or free-range chicken coexist with already mythical creations such as bonito roll, sea bass pate, Cantabrian squid rings, or Asturian IGP veal cachopo.

The essence of traditional stews, inherited from the master Ángel Fernández Rodríguez and continued today by Tomás, remains alive in every recipe. A kitchen that pays tribute to the ancient hearths of Asturias and is complemented with homemade desserts such as the classic rice pudding or a careful selection of artisan cakes.
